• The uploaded photo must be greater than 1.5MB.
• The first three photos uploaded when creating an account will not receive credits.

4. Reuploading Rules

a. No Duplicate Uploads: Users are prohibited from reuploading the same image multiple times. Duplicate uploads of the same image may result in a penalty, such as a cooldown period for uploading new content.

b. Unique Content: Uploaded images should be unique and distinct from each other. Repeatedly uploading nearly identical images may lead to restrictions on uploading privileges.

c. No Mass Reuploads: Users are not allowed to engage in mass reuploads of their entire gallery or a significant portion of it within a short time frame. Such actions can disrupt the user experience and may result in penalties.

d. Originality: Uploaded images should be original and not copied or replicated from other sources. Plagiarized or copied content will be subject to penalties, including account suspension.

e. No Recycling Content: Recycling or repurposing old images without substantial changes or artistic intent is discouraged. Users are encouraged to contribute fresh and engaging content.

f. Respect User Feedback: If an image has been previously rejected by the community, do not repeatedly reupload it without significant improvements or changes. Continuously disregarding feedback may result in penalties.

5. Account Rules

By creating an account on PicsBay, you agree to follow these account rules:

• Prohibited content, including explicit, violent, discriminatory, offensive, or illegal materials, is strictly forbidden.
• Respect the copyrights and intellectual property rights of others; uploading infringing content is not allowed.
• Plagiarism and the submission of stolen work will lead to account suspension or banning.
• Repeated violations may result in cooldown periods with restricted privileges to reflect on adherence to the rules.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or manipulative behavior may result in permanent account suspension.
• Harassment, bullying, or any form of abusive conduct towards others is strictly prohibited.

• In case of any violation, the admin has the right to take control of any PicsBay user account.

6. Account Inactivity

• If a user is inactive for a month, their ID could be frozen.
• If a user is inactive for two months, their ID will be banned and will not be shown in the user section.
• If a user is inactive for three months, their ID will be permanently banned from PicsBay.

7. Penalties for Violations

• Uploading copyrighted content will result in penalties such as account suspension, cooldown periods, or wallet freeze.
• Uploading the same photo more than once will lead to a soft ban, including wallet freeze and upload section restrictions.
• Receiving multiple soft bans may result in the freezing of all account activities.
• Spamming or bullying other users will lead to bans or soft bans without warning.
• Attempting to log in to others' IDs will result in IP banning from PicsBay.
• Fake accounts are not allowed, and users with fake profile pictures and names will be marked as fake accounts.
